The failure Provision targets is specific: winning a lump-sum bid and then discovering the scope you did not price. On a job with a thin margin, one unassigned item like firestopping at rated penetrations or blocking for wall-hung equipment can erase the profit. Estimators know the full scope pass is what they should do and what they skip when they have three weeks, several bids, and thousands of pages. Provision's Scope Agent does that pass across drawings and specs and returns trade-organized scopes where each line links back to the sheet it came from, so the estimator is checking rather than writing.

The other half of the product is commercial. Risk Review reads the contract alongside the specs and addenda and flags terms that shift cost onto the contractor: payment conditions, warranty obligations, schedule penalties, and places where the contract and spec disagree. It then drafts RFIs and redlines. That makes Provision useful to two groups on the same pursuit: the estimating team building the number and the person negotiating the subcontract or prime contract. Subcontractors use it the other way around, to understand what they are being asked to carry before they sign.
