How to get started

Sign up with your work email
Create an account at app.nomic.ai with the email you use for project work. Personal email addresses are not accepted. You start with $20 of AI usage and no credit card.

Upload the files you are working on
Drag in a drawing set, a spec section, a submittal package, or an IFC model. A few sheets is a good first run because the review finishes quickly and your trial usage goes further.
- Step 3
Ask for the review you need
Ask Assistant to compare shop drawings with the spec, check a submittal against a spec section, ask questions of an IFC model, or look for coordination conflicts across a set. Every finding cites the sheet, page, or model element it came from.
- Step 4
Share the results with a colleague
Download a Bluebeam-compatible PDF with each finding marked up on the sheet, or share a read-only link to the session. Colleagues sign in to read the findings, and you choose which uploaded files they can open.

How AI usage works
AI usage is a dollar balance that pays for Assistant chats, workflow runs, and indexing the files you upload. You are charged when Nomic indexes a file or runs AI, not when you browse your files.
Your account starts with $20. On the paid plan, $20 is added each month, and you can buy $20, $50, or $100 top-ups or turn on auto-refresh when you need more. Your balance and usage are in Settings.
