Procore (NYSE: PCOR) is a cloud construction management platform covering project management, drawings and specifications, RFIs, submittals, quality and safety, and financials for owners, general contractors, and specialty contractors. Procore Helix, introduced at Groundbreak 2025, is its intelligence layer for AI, agentic workflows, and analytics. Procore acquired Datagrid in January 2026, and on May 21, 2026 launched an expanded Procore AI experience with Actions and Triggers and five agents built on Datagrid's multimodal index: Deep Search, Submittal Reviewer, RFI, Daily Log, and Contract Review. In July 2026 Procore made these agents generally available through Digital Coworker packages: a Starter Pack with the five core agents, Pro with a library of 20 agents, and Enterprise with Agent Studio for custom agents, plus a preview of Procore Skills for teaching agents company standards. The first-generation Procore Assist and Agent Builder are in maintenance mode. Procore completed its acquisition of DroneDeploy on September 9, 2026, adding drone, robot, and 360° reality capture. Pricing is custom and generally based on annual construction volume.

Procore is the system of record on a large share of commercial construction projects, so its AI strategy matters to anyone working on those jobs. Where the 2025 Procore Assist experience was mostly conversational, the 2026 Procore AI experience is built around agents that act inside the platform. Triggers start work when a submittal, RFI, or change event arrives, Actions let agents update records, and the five core agents cover everyday administrative load: finding references across specs and drawings, first-pass submittal review, RFI quality checks, daily log drafting, and contract review. Agents stage drafts for a person to approve, and they respect existing Procore permissions.
The acquisitions explain the direction. Datagrid brought a multimodal index and connectivity to ERPs and cloud storage, and its standalone product remains available to teams that are not on Procore. DroneDeploy adds visual jobsite data that Procore says will feed its agents. The Digital Coworker packages give firms a staged way to adopt, from five agents up to custom agents built in Agent Studio.
Nomic does not connect to Procore today; it works on drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, and code questions from systems such as Autodesk Forma, Bentley ProjectWise, Trimble ProjectSight, SharePoint, and Egnyte. For Procore customers, the practical evaluation is which agents are in the package they are buying, how usage is metered, and how well agent output holds up on their own drawings and specs.
