Genda is a construction workforce management and site-intelligence platform. Small Bluetooth beacons mounted around the jobsite, paired with a worker mobile app, passively capture attendance, headcounts, and worker location — replacing manual daily logs with objective manpower data. That data validates time-and-material tickets, supports change-order and claims investigations, and produces real production rates by trade and location.
Beyond tracking, the app runs the day-to-day logistics workers actually touch: calling hoists, booking delivery slots, completing digital safety orientations, and submitting permits.
